Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar pesto (Calabrese pesto)
  • 1 jar of lecho
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g pasta
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry in hot oil. Add the minced meat, break it up, and fry thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Mince the garlic clove and add it. Stir in the lecho and pesto and heat through. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
