The healthier version of chocolate pudding

Mix the low-fat quark with the hot cocoa powder until the powder is completely dissolved. You can easily vary this by using other cocoa flavors (e.g., strawberry, vanilla, chocolate-vanilla). If you don’t like hot cocoa powder or don’t have any at home, you can of course use baking cocoa. If you prefer something less sweet, use just 10 g of hot cocoa. This results in a nutritional value of 177 kcal.
