Hunter's roulades

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 roulades (pork or turkey)
  • some herb cream cheese
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • some vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Own creation

Season the roulades with salt and pepper on one side and spread cream cheese on the other. Top with mushrooms and roll up. Sear the roulades in hot oil and braise over medium heat for about 40-45 minutes. Make a sauce with the remaining mushrooms and the flour from the pan juices. Thin with vegetable stock.
