Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g pork (goulash meat)
- 2 small can/n mushrooms (whole mushrooms) if too large, halve
- 1 small can of pineapple, cut into pieces
- 250 ml sweet cream
- Sauce thickener, light
- tbsp curry powder medium (depending on taste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the pork goulash. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of curry powder and deglaze with the mushroom liquid, then simmer for 25-30 minutes. Add the cream and pineapple juice, along with the pineapple chunks and mushrooms, and cook for another five minutes. Thicken with a light sauce thickener and season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and the remaining curry powder. Serve with rice and salad.
