Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 3 shallots
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste or ketchup
  • 2 tbsp instant flour
  • 250 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp beef broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Finely chop the shallots and fry in the butter. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and tomato paste and sauté for about 10 minutes. Dust with flour and let brown. Deglaze with white wine, pour in the cream, add the stock, and simmer with the lid slightly ajar for about 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. If you’ve browned the veal cutlets, add a little of the cooking juices. This recipe is for two people who are really hungry. Croquettes go very well with this dish.
