Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 cup of Cremefine or cream
- 5 gherkins
- 3 tbsp cucumber juice
- Parsley, fresh
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the meat into small pieces and sear them with the ham in a little oil. Quarter the mushrooms, add them to the pan, and season generously with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped onion and fry. Pour in the cream and a little water. Cut the cucumber into very small pieces and add them to the pan with the cucumber juices. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce becomes creamy. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
