simple and delicious

Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin slices, and cut the spring onions into small rings. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster to the desired degree of browning and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper and sear briefly on both sides in a pan. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sear the mushrooms and spring onions and let them sizzle for 4-5 minutes. Return the juices from the steaks to the pan, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and season to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Place the steaks on the slices of bread. Spread the mushrooms and sauce over the steaks and top each with a slice of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven approx. 180°C) for 8-10 minutes. Delicious as a starter or as a main course with a mixed salad. Enjoy!
