Hunting sausage – tartar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the mayonnaise with mustard, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the sausage and eggs in a food processor. Mix everything well. It’s perfect as a spread.
