Hussar Casserole

The perfect hussar casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 bag Fix for paprika schnitzel
  • 3 el Ajvar
  • 1 tl Erotic pista
  • 1 tl Salasa sauce
  • Chayenne pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 size Portion of sauerkraut x from my cookbook
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 6 smaller ones Waxy potatoes
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 bag Pizza cheese
  1. Prepare the sauce for the sauerkraut: bring to the boil in the water-cream mixture, stir in the ajvar, erös pista and salsa sauce, season with chayenne and paprika to taste, and now add the sauerkraut
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, then add them to the sauerkraut and let simmer for a few minutes
  3. Cut the cabanossi into slices and fry in the pan, and now add to the sauerkraut
  4. put everything in a baking dish, spread the mug sour cream over it and then sprinkle with the pizza cheese
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approx or at least 30 minutes
  6. possibly serve with toasted black bread
