Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cutlets (Iberico cutlets)
- 2 tbsp oil
- some stalks of herbs, e.g. chervil, thyme, parsley….
- some pepper
- some paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
quick, easy
Finely chop the herbs and toss with the oil. Wash the chops, pat dry, and brush with the herb oil. Season with pepper and sear in a pan for about 3-4 minutes per side on an induction hob at level 8. Add the remaining oil and paprika to the pan. Serve with salad or beans with bacon and a side dish. Today we’re serving it with coleslaw.
