Apple-Mandarin Orange Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple, sour
  • 125 g mandarin orange(s) from the can
  • 50 ml juice (mandarin orange juice)
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 25 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the apple, but do not peel it. Blend the apple and 100g of mandarin oranges along with their juices in a blender until very fine. Use more or less juice as desired. Finally, briefly blend the remaining fruit until coarsely ground to retain the fine pieces. This makes approximately 500ml.
