- 500 ml ice cream
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 130 g biscuits as desired

First, remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it thaw for about 20 minutes, until the ice cream is not runny but already slightly soft. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted and crush the cookies into crumbs. This is easily done by placing the cookies in a freezer bag, sealing it, and then crushing them with a rolling pin. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Now add the baking powder and flour mixture to the ice cream in portions and mix everything well. Then fold in the crumbs. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) fan-assisted for about 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test, as every oven works differently! Of course, you can make this recipe with any ice cream (not sorbet!). You could also add chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, or anything else you can think of instead of cookies.
