Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g rhubarb
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 orange(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Clean, chop, and mix everything. Cook for 10 minutes until soft. Then puree. Freeze in the freezer, stirring with a fork. Puree again with a hand blender before serving.
