Ice Cream: Coconut Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: coconut ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 3 El Sugar
  • 3 El Desiccated coconut
  • 3 El Coconut syrup
  1. Put about 1/3 of the coconut milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the yolks and the whole egg in a beating kettle, whip the sugar well, then pour in the hot coconut milk and beat over steam until it becomes thick.
  2. Beat in ice water, then add the rest of the coconut milk and season with syrup. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and add to the mixture, and if necessary add more syrup depending on your taste, now in the ice cream maker and you’re done.
