Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Can Mango pieces, including juice
- 1 a cup Cream
- 5 El Sugar
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Free range egg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree everything until smooth with a hand blender.
- Then put it in an ice cream maker (I have one with a compressor) and work it into an ice-cold mass for 30 minutes. Then fill into cans with lids and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours. It tastes great and is almost purely basic! Have fun with my basic single ice cream kitchen!
