Ice Cream: Coconut and Mango Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: coconut and mango ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 Can Mango pieces, including juice
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 5 El Sugar
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Free range egg
  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree everything until smooth with a hand blender.
  2. Then put it in an ice cream maker (I have one with a compressor) and work it into an ice-cold mass for 30 minutes. Then fill into cans with lids and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours. It tastes great and is almost purely basic! Have fun with my basic single ice cream kitchen!
