Yoghurt Berry Ice Cream with Waffle

The perfect yoghurt berry ice cream with waffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh mixed berries-blueberries-blackberries-elder
  • 2 dl Powerful red wine
  • 1 dl Water
  • 4 tbsp Sugar fine
  • 2 Pc Star anise
  • 1 Pc. Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  1. 1 / Bring the red wine, water, sugar, star anise and cinnamon to the boil; Add berries and cook for about 6 minutes, then puree, then sift, chill. 2 / Now mix in the yoghurt and then carefully pull in the whipped cream with a rubber spatula. Put in the ice cream machine and let freeze for approx. 45-60 minutes.
