Yoghurt Berry Ice Cream with Waffle
The perfect yoghurt berry ice cream with waffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh mixed berries-blueberries-blackberries-elder
- 2 dl Powerful red wine
- 1 dl Water
- 4 tbsp Sugar fine
- 2 Pc Star anise
- 1 Pc. Cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 150 g Yogurt
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 1 / Bring the red wine, water, sugar, star anise and cinnamon to the boil; Add berries and cook for about 6 minutes, then puree, then sift, chill. 2 / Now mix in the yoghurt and then carefully pull in the whipped cream with a rubber spatula. Put in the ice cream machine and let freeze for approx. 45-60 minutes.
