Waffle with Yoghurt Berry Ice Cream

  • 120 g Soft butter
  • 50 g Sugar fine
  • 3 Pc Egg yolks fresh
  • 5 tbsp Liquid cream
  • 140 g Flour
  • 3 Pc Fresh egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  1. 1 / Stir butter until peaks form. Add sugar, egg yolk and cream, use a hand mixer to stir the mixture until it is light. Sieve the flour with it. Beat the egg white until stiff, add the powdered sugar, continue beating until the mixture is glossy, carefully fold into the mixture. 2 / Heat the waffle iron, put 2-3 tablespoons on each side, spread lightly, close the waffle iron. Bake golden brown waffles.
