- In a pan, the 3 sugar ingredients are slowly melted. As soon as the first part of the sugar becomes liquid – the washed and stalked strawberries are added standing up. Why standing So that the emerging strawberry juice immediately combines with the sugar. So we don’t need anything apart from a stick of butter to turn the sugar into caramel. It is very important that the strawberries are only swirled through. They should be preserved as a whole.
- When the sugar is completely melted add the butter and the pickled pepper fruits. They do not need to be dried. You can put some of the juice inside with you – that brings a bit more intense taste. Now I let this fragrant strawberry mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
- In the meantime I pour the cream into the ISI (or it is whipped).
- Everything ready? Then put in a deep plate. First of all, strawberries with plenty of caramelized brew. Then the vanilla ice cream – on top of it a shot of eggnog so that it is nicely pimped .. Finally the cream, which also gets some more sauce. Put the rest of the sauce in a container on the table. Finished !!!!
