Ice Cream: Pistachio Ice Cream

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 6 Egg yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Pistachio paste
  • 20 g Kirsch
  • Chopped pistachios
  1. Bring the milk with the cream and sugar to the boil. Beat the egg yolks and sugar over steam. Add the cream milk and peel off the rose.
  2. Mix with the pistachio paste and kirsch and add to the ice cream maker.
