- 250 ml Milk
- 250 ml Cream
- 60 g Sugar
- 6 Egg yolk
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Pistachio paste
- 20 g Kirsch
- Chopped pistachios
- Bring the milk with the cream and sugar to the boil. Beat the egg yolks and sugar over steam. Add the cream milk and peel off the rose.
- Mix with the pistachio paste and kirsch and add to the ice cream maker.
