Ice Cream – Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream with Pistachio Note
The perfect ice cream – strawberry coconut ice cream with pistachio note recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 500 g Quark lean
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 100 ml Miller’S milk “Pistachio Coconut”
- Wash the strawberries and cut them very finely. I made them “juice” with 1 tablespoon of sugar (if you don’t like that, leave out the sugar).
- Mix the quark, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut and miller’s milk well with the mixer, then briefly stir in the strawberries (with or without juice) on the lowest setting.
- Let the mixture stir in the ice cream machine for about 45 minutes, then, depending on the desired creaminess, let it freeze for a few hours in the freezer (in a large mold or in silicone molds).
