Ice Cream – Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream with Pistachio Note

The perfect ice cream – strawberry coconut ice cream with pistachio note recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 100 ml Miller’S milk “Pistachio Coconut”
  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them very finely. I made them “juice” with 1 tablespoon of sugar (if you don’t like that, leave out the sugar).
  2. Mix the quark, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut and miller’s milk well with the mixer, then briefly stir in the strawberries (with or without juice) on the lowest setting.
  3. Let the mixture stir in the ice cream machine for about 45 minutes, then, depending on the desired creaminess, let it freeze for a few hours in the freezer (in a large mold or in silicone molds).
