Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g blackberries or raspberries or peaches
- 150 ml syrup (maple syrup)
- 1 egg(s), including the yolk (only from very fresh eggs)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ lime(s), the juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the whole berries and slightly chopped larger fruits in a blender along with the maple syrup, lime juice, and milk and blend until smooth. Lightly beat the egg yolks and sugar with a fork. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the egg yolks and fruit puree to the cream and mix gently. Place the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes. Finally, divide the mixture between 4 well-chilled ice cream bowls and garnish with fruit, cream, and ice cream cones.
