Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of chili ketchup (approx. 250 ml)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

The spare ribs with this sauce are the highlight of our barbecues. The meat tastes very spicy and fruity. The spare ribs are best grilled over charcoal. Try it: Crush the garlic and mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. The meat should marinate overnight.
