Iceberg lettuce with apple and peanuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the iceberg lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the apples into pieces as well. Mix together a marinade of oil, cream, horseradish, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix all ingredients and sprinkle the salad with the peanuts. Whether you use fresh or salted peanuts is a matter of taste.
