Broccoli fillet pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork fillet(s)
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 750 g broccoli, cleaned
  • 200 g cheese
  • 250 ml milk
  • n. B. Cognac
  • 1 tbsp sauce thickener if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sauté the broccoli florets in salted water. Grate the cheese. Season the fillets, sear, and continue to sear, covered, for about 15 minutes. Remove from the pan. Loosen the pan juices with milk and cognac and bring to a boil. Melt half of the cheese in the sauce. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the fillets and place them in small, ovenproof dishes with the broccoli florets. Pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 5 minutes.
