Iceberg lettuce with crab meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g crab meat (sticks)
  • 5 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 2 dashes sweetener
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 cup cucumber juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Refreshing, quick and delicious.

Combine the remoulade, cucumber water, sweetener, and pepper in a bowl and mix. Cut the iceberg lettuce into very thin strips. Finely chop the crab meat. Add both to the bowl with the sauce and mix. No need to let it stand; eat immediately.
