Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ¼ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (natural)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces. Segment the orange, peel the apple, and slice it. Arrange the lettuce, orange, and apple nicely on a plate. Mix the crème fraîche, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar together to make a dressing. Season to taste and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
