Ralf's mushrooms in soy sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and halve them, or quarter them depending on their size. Dice the onion and sauté them in oil. It’s best to use a pan with high sides. Add the soy sauce and sambal and bring to a boil briefly. Add the mushrooms to the pan and stir well. Then cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Also suitable for low-carb diets.
