Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1.2 liters of milk
- 200 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 400 ml vanilla ice cream, slightly thawed
- 8 cup(s) espresso, hot
- n. B. Ice cream cone(s) for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the milk with Bailey’s, powdered sugar, cream, and half of the vanilla ice cream until frothy, then pour into 8 glasses. Pour 1 cup of hot espresso over each glass and add 1 small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with ice cream cones.
