Lemon iced tea with mint

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 tea bags (lemon tea)
  • 4 lemons, untreated
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g sugar
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Must pull through overnight

Rinse half of the mint and shake dry. Slice 1 lemon. Place both in a saucepan along with the lemon tea bags and pour over 1.6 liters of boiling water. Let it cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the tea into a container and season with the juice of two lemons, honey, and sugar. Slice 1 lemon. Rinse the other half of the mint and shake dry. Place both in a carafe and fill with the tea. Add ice cubes.
