Ingredients

  • 1 packet Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 500 g Quark
  • 125 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream
  • Raspberries fresh
  • 1 Pc. Mango

Instructions

  • First wash the raspberries and mango - cut the mango into larger strips. That can already be prepared. Provide a food processor. Shrink Amerettini to full force to make crumbs. Put the resulting crumbs into a small bowl. Do not clean the machine for the taste, which then corresponds very delicately in the cream and the crumbs.
  • Pour half a bag of the frozen raspberries into the machine, add the quark, mascarpone, sugar and a tablespoon of whipped cream. Full power again and mix everything. Attention, work in the remains on the outer wall again with a spoon.
  • Have the ice peeler ready. Spread 3 balls, place some fresh raspberries and the mango decoratively. And don't forget: Spread the crumbs, but not too much, over the finished cream. Highly recommended with other fruits in hot summers, but only take berry fruits. Refreshing, sweet, with relatively few calories or joules - and you are back with your guests very quickly! Ideal!
