Tastes much better than the store-bought one!
You need a juice jug that holds about 2.5 liters. Available in large supermarkets for under 10 euros. This recipe yields exactly 2.5 liters of iced tea. Pour boiling water over 4 tea bags in the juice jug and let it steep for about 10 minutes, then remove the bags. Then add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar, and stir. Let it cool, pour in the orange juice, and top up with cold water. Taste for enough sugar; if you want it sweeter, you can add more sugar; we use sweetener. Serve with ice cubes. I’ve experimented with this recipe for a long time, including with honey, brown sugar, and fructose. We like the half-sugar, half-sweetener version best. We also use 1/3 fruit juice, but a little less works just fine.
