Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 130 g flour
  • 600 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 40 g butter
  • Sugar for sprinkling or
  • Jam for spreading
  • possibly whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients. Add to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Melt the butter, pour it into the batter, and mix with a whisk. Heat the pancake pan until very hot. Pour in a little batter. Rock the pan back and forth to coat the entire pancake base and create a nice, thin pancake. Cook for a moment, then flip and cook the other side briefly. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with sugar. Jam and whipped cream also go well with this dish.
