Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • ⅛ liter cream (full cream)
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 350 g beef, minced
  • 150 g pork, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely grated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Meatballs or meatballs

Mix the breadcrumbs with the cream and water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Mix the meat, spices, grated garlic, and grated onion thoroughly. Then add the soaked breadcrumbs and knead everything thoroughly until firm and smooth. With floured hands, form into walnut-sized balls and fry them all over in butter and oil (let them stand in the oven for a while if necessary).
