Iles light and healthy kilo salad with chicory and fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicory
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 apple, or 2, to taste
  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp oil, olive oil or nut oil
  • 2 dashes sweetener or sugar, optionally honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

Chicory fruit salad is delicious and not bitter! Halve the chicory and cut out the stem into wedges. Slice it! Peel and slice the oranges, core and dice the apples with the skin on. Mix everything together and add the juice of 1 lemon. Fold in the yogurt, season with sweetener, and add a pinch of salt! Finally, add the oil! Enjoy! This is a good, healthy, filling dish! 3.5 points for the salad! You can’t do it alone!
