Indian almond pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g flour
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without gelatin and without eggs!

Make a roux from the butter and flour. Add the ground almonds. Slowly add the milk and sugar, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency. Serve warm. Tip: You can also use coconut milk instead of milk (or half and half).
