Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can/n peas
- ¾ liter chicken broth, clear
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Pepper, white
- 3 tbsp flour
- ⅛ liter sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the peas with the canned liquid and a little salt for about 8 minutes. Then puree in a blender. Return to a boil with the chicken stock in the pot. Season with curry, pepper, and sugar. Mix the flour with a little cold water and use it to thicken the soup. Add the cream and season to taste. Do not boil again!
