  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 medium-sized carrots
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated spicy
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil or butter
  • nutmeg
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a sauce with the eggs, sour cream, flour, and spices and season to taste. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Then stir in the carrots, cheese, and sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a pan and, using a tablespoon, spread the pancakes evenly. Fry until golden brown. A fresh green salad goes very well with this dish. If you like, you can serve it with a light herb yogurt sauce. Tip: You can also use zucchini instead of carrots!
