Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • Cucumber(s), approx. 2 cm, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 1 tbsp mint, fresh, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

spicy yogurt mix

For the raita, whip the yogurt with cucumber and mint until creamy, season with spices and then let it sit in the fridge.
