Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- Cucumber(s), approx. 2 cm, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 tbsp mint, fresh, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

For the raita, whip the yogurt with cucumber and mint until creamy, season with spices and then let it sit in the fridge.
