Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ cup(s) chickpeas, cooked
- ½ cup(s) potatoes, cooked, diced
- ½ cup(s) tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup(s) cucumber(s), peeled and diced
- ½ cup(s) onion(s), finely diced
- ½ cup(s) mint, fresh, slightly chopped
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- some salt
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Serve well chilled
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Chill, then season to taste. Tip: Since canned chickpeas are quite firm, we recommend cooking them fresh until the desired firmness is reached.
