Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g beef fillet(s), diced
- 2 bunch spring onions, cut into rings
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp curry paste, mild (yellow)
- 15 curry leaves
- 6 cardamom, green
- 2 chili peppers, green
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 cl water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté the spring onions with cardamom and curry leaves until the onion rings are slightly browned. Then add the meat, chili, and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the curry paste, deglaze with water, and serve.
