taste good not only at Christmas

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the cocoa, cinnamon, ground almonds, and the flour mixed with the baking powder (if the dough is too dry, stir in an egg or add a little liquid, such as Baileys). Chill the dough. Then form into balls (2-3 cm in diameter), brush with egg, top each with a walnut half, and flatten slightly. Bake at medium heat (approx. 175°C) for 10-20 minutes.
