Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella), diced
- 150 g white bread (crispy), in bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch of spring onions, cut diagonally into thin strips
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 200 g diced tomatoes
- 200 g cucumber(s), peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions

Salad with mozzarella and bread
Combine balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and sprinkle with capers.
