Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella), diced
  • 150 g white bread (crispy), in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut diagonally into thin strips
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 200 g diced tomatoes
  • 200 g cucumber(s), peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp capers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Salad with mozzarella and bread

Combine balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing and sprinkle with capers.
