Minced meat casserole with broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Insulin-based food combining recipe (high-protein for the evening)

Season the ground beef and brown it. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil briefly in salted water (it should still have some bite). Layer the ground beef and broccoli in a greased casserole dish. Mix the cream with the sour cream, eggs, cheese, and seasonings. Pour the sauce over the ground beef or broccoli. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil at the beginning.
