Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 schnitzels (minute schnitzels)
- 250 ml Cremefine
- 100 g cream cheese, natural
- 50 g Parmesan
- 150 g mushrooms
- 10 g Parmesan
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes
Season the schnitzels with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them in an ovenproof dish. Slice the mushrooms and arrange them over the schnitzels. Mix the Cremefine, cream cheese, Parmesan, and chives, season, and sprinkle over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the schnitzels 10 minutes before the end of the baking time to create a nice cheese crust.
