Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 large cucumbers
- 6 tomatoes
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, borage)
- 140 g rice
- Salt
- pepper

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with butter. Peel the cucumbers and slice them. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat butter in a second pan and fry the sliced cucumbers. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for a while. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Add the dill, chopped parsley, and borage (young leaves only) and stir in the fried minced meat. Cook the rice. Serve the dish with the rice.
