Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ dl sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 dl flour
- 75 g butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
according to an old family recipe, for one baking tray
Combine all ingredients and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the preheated oven. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. This recipe comes from my future mother-in-law, and my grandmother used to make these pancakes. These pancakes go best with cream, jam, and/or fruit, as desired.
