Baked onions

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Sea-Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Big onions
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Flour

  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Knife point Sweet paprika powder
  • Vegetable oil for deep-frying

  • 50 g Yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar
