Full Irish Breakfast

The Irish pork sausages, black pudding, and white sausage can of course be substituted with German products, but they’re not quite the same. Otherwise, there’s an Irish pub in almost every town these days. Just ask, and the proprietor is sure to get the ingredients, or probably even has them in stock. Grill the bacon if possible so the fat drains off. Otherwise, fry it thoroughly with the sausages, the slice of white sausage, and the black pudding. Use the residual heat to make the fried egg. Heat the beans and finish the toast. The Irish don’t eat this every day, of course, but it’s delicious.
