Is microwaved food healthy or unhealthy?
The microwave has become an indispensable part of most households. You can use it to quickly defrost something or warm up leftovers from the day before. However, the question arises again and again as to whether food from the microwave is really healthy.

- Food from the microwave is therefore not considered hazardous to your health and you do not have to do without quickly heating up a meal.
