Isis salad dressing for lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • e.g. lamb’s lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the shallot. Then, using a fork, mix it with the oil, vinegar, and sour cream in a salad bowl. Season with salt and sugar to taste and let it sit for a few minutes. Just before serving, stir in the trimmed and washed lamb’s lettuce, as it will otherwise fall apart too quickly!
